This course is intended for anyone who is involved with developing or using Risk Assessments and setting out Method Statements

THE AIM OF THE TRAINING

This course will give the candidate the knowledge of why and how a Risk Assessment is used in the workplace and how to formulate a simple Risk Assessment and from it build a Method Statement

There will be coffee breaks at an appropriate time during the course

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE OF TRAINING STAFF

The trainer has over 10 years experience in dealing with Health & Safety and Plant.  His qualifications are:

NEBOSH General Certificate, TECH IOSH, A1 Assessor, Qualified Instructor (NPORS), Further Education Teachers Certificate (FETC)

RATIO OF INSTRUCTORS TO TRAINEES

1 instructor to 10 trainees

ACHIEVEMENT MEASUREMENT

There will be a practical assessment during the course.  A Feedback form is issued at the end of the course
